Zetrix provides a comprehensive selection of services, meticulously crafted to optimise and elevate your operational efficiency. Our suit of services includes, but are not limited to, the following, and each of these offerings is designed to cater to your distinct needs and contribute to your overall business enhancement:
ZEFi.Club – ZEFi.Club is a staking platform that allows you to stake your ZTX and earn up to 28% APY.
NFT Pangolin – NFTPangolin is a marketplace for creators to issue and sell their NFTs.
Covinsure – Get 20 ZTX and an NFT if your are tested COVID-19 positive at our approved labs.
Zidentity – Create your Digital Identity and Verifiable Credentials (VC) for any products/services.
ZTrade – ZTrade is a cross-border trade connectivity platform utilised blockchain technology.
ZTradeFi – An innovative blockchain trade financing solution.
2. Usage of Services
You are authorised to use our services in alignment with these terms and any applicable laws. However, it is important to note that any misuse of our services, including any unauthorised access or interference, is strictly prohibited.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Zetrix maintains complete ownership of and intellectual property rights over the services, including any content, logos, and trademarks associated with our brand. While we grant you a limited license to access and use our services for your business purposes, these rights remain under our ownership and control.
4. User ID and Password
Any user ID, blockchain key, or password provided to you for accessing the Services (refer to the items stated in point 1) must be treated as confidential. It is your responsibility to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
5. Fees and Payments
The costs for a usage fee of the Services results from the respective valid price list, which is available on Zetrix Platform/ Zetrix subsidiary platform
Invoices for the payments will be sent to the customers via e-mail.
Zetrix may award promotional units to the customer from time to time as a result of pricing or business policies.
Units can only be used for the Services specified by Zetrix and in the time frame specified by Zetrix.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and strictly adhere to the guidelines set out in our Privacy Policy. This policy outlines how we collect, utilise, and secure/protect your personal data. Through your use of our services, you express your consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Zetrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services in the event of any violations of these terms or engagement in unauthorised activities. Moreover, we reserve the discretion to modify or discontinue our services as deemed necessary.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
